Limited Lifetime Firearm & One-Year Parts Warranty

1. Warranty Overview

ABC Rifle Co. stands behind the quality, craftsmanship, and reliability of its firearms and components. As part of its quality control procedures, ABC Rifle Co. function-tests lower receivers and test-fires complete firearms before shipment.

This Limited Warranty Policy establishes the coverage, exclusions, limitations, and claim procedures applicable to eligible firearms, parts, and accessories manufactured or sold under the ABC Rifle Co. brand.

Warranty coverage applies to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Limited Lifetime Warranty – Complete Firearms

ABC Rifle Co. provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against functional defects in materials and workmanship attributable to ABC Rifle Co. for complete firearms originally manufactured and assembled by ABC Rifle Co.

Coverage begins on the original retail purchase date and remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the firearm.

This warranty covers qualifying manufacturing and assembly defects encountered during normal, intended use.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the firearm and eligible original factory-installed components, excluding components subject to the separate One-Year Limited Warranty described in Section 3.

Firearms independently assembled using ABC Rifle Co. components are not eligible for the Limited Lifetime Firearm Warranty.

3. One-Year Limited Warranty – Parts, Accessories & Consumable Components

ABC Rifle Co. provides a One-Year Limited Warranty against functional defects in materials and workmanship attributable to ABC Rifle Co. for eligible individual parts, accessories, and consumable or wear-related components.

Coverage begins on the original retail purchase date and continues for one (1) year.

Eligible products include, but are not limited to:

• Upper and lower receivers sold separately
• Barrels and barrel assemblies sold separately
• Bolt carrier groups and bolt assemblies
• Extractors and firing pins
• Springs, detents, pins, and screws
• Handguards and mounting hardware
• Charging handles
• Muzzle devices
• Buffer tubes, buffers, and buffer springs
• Lower parts kits and fire control components
• Grips, magazines, and sights supplied with ABC Rifle Co. firearms
• Other ABC Rifle Co. branded parts and accessories

Components designated as consumable or wear-related items are covered against qualifying manufacturing defects for one year, including when originally installed on a complete ABC Rifle Co. firearm.

Normal wear and tear, expected component deterioration, and replacement required through ordinary use are not covered.

The One-Year Limited Warranty does not guarantee a minimum service life or round count for consumable components.

4. Upper Receiver Assemblies & Build Kits

Complete upper receiver assemblies, rifle and pistol build kits, and other separately sold component assemblies are covered under the One-Year Limited Parts Warranty.

ABC Rifle Co. is not responsible for malfunctions or damage caused by improper assembly, incompatible components, incorrect installation, or modifications that cause or contribute to the reported issue.

5. Warranty Coverage & Remedies

For approved warranty claims, ABC Rifle Co. may, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective firearm or component
• Replace the defective component
• Replace the product with an identical or substantially equivalent item

This warranty provides repair or replacement remedies for qualifying defects. A refund or complete product replacement is not guaranteed in every case, subject to applicable law.

If an identical model or replacement component is no longer manufactured or available, ABC Rifle Co. may substitute a suitable product or component of comparable specifications and functionality.

6. Warranty Coverage for Repairs

Repairs performed under the Limited Lifetime Firearm Warranty remain covered for the remainder of the original firearm's applicable warranty period.

Repairs or replacement components provided under the One-Year Limited Warranty remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or any longer period required by applicable law.

Warranty repairs do not automatically restart or extend the original warranty period.

7. Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear & Cosmetic Damage

Ordinary wear and tear, rust, corrosion, scratches, blemishes, finish discoloration, or other cosmetic conditions not resulting from a covered manufacturing defect.

Consumable Components

Normal deterioration or replacement of bolts, extractors, firing pins, springs, detents, screws, and other wear-related components resulting from ordinary use.

Manufacturing defects in these components may qualify for coverage during the applicable one-year warranty period.

Barrel Obstructions

Damage resulting from barrel obstructions, including obstructions caused by ammunition, foreign objects, or improper maintenance.

Improper Installation & Maintenance

Damage or malfunctions caused by improper installation, inadequate maintenance, improper cleaning, insufficient lubrication, improper storage, negligence, or failure to provide reasonable care.

Unauthorized Alterations & Modifications

Damage or malfunctions caused or contributed to by unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications, including changes to the fire control group, safety mechanism, barrel, gas system, or buffer system.

Aftermarket Parts & Accessories

Damage or malfunctions resulting from incompatible or improperly installed aftermarket parts, sights, accessories, or other components not originally supplied or installed by ABC Rifle Co.

Ammunition-Related Damage

Damage or malfunctions caused or contributed to by faulty, nonstandard, remanufactured, reloaded, or imported steel-cased ammunition, or ammunition otherwise unsuitable for the firearm.

Accidental Damage & Misuse

Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, improper handling, or external causes unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

Personal Injury & Property Damage

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this limited repair warranty does not provide compensation for personal injury, property damage, or incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in this provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Unauthorized Modifications & Components

Unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications may result in denial of warranty coverage when those changes cause or contribute to the reported defect or malfunction.

ABC Rifle Co. is not responsible for damage or malfunctions caused by incompatible, improperly installed, or unsuitable third-party components.

The installation of aftermarket parts or performance of third-party services does not automatically void warranty coverage for unrelated manufacturing defects.

9. No Accuracy Guarantee

ABC Rifle Co. makes no express or implied guarantee of a specific level of firearm accuracy.

Accuracy may vary depending on ammunition selection, firearm configuration, maintenance, environmental conditions, shooting technique, and other factors.

A particular group size or accuracy result is not guaranteed under this warranty.

This disclaimer does not exclude coverage for an independently established defect in materials or workmanship.

10. Warranty Claim Reporting – 30-Day Requirement

Customers are required to report suspected warranty defects to ABC Rifle Co. within thirty (30) calendar days after discovering the issue.

The reporting period begins when the customer first becomes aware of the suspected defect, not on the original purchase date.

Claims reported more than thirty (30) days after discovery may be denied to the extent permitted by applicable law, particularly where delayed reporting contributes to additional damage or prevents reasonable evaluation of the reported condition.

This reporting requirement does not shorten the Limited Lifetime or One-Year Warranty periods.

Customers should discontinue use of any firearm or component exhibiting a suspected safety-related defect until the issue has been evaluated.

11. Warranty Claims & Return Authorization

All warranty claims must be initiated by contacting ABC Rifle Co. before returning any product.

Customers may be required to provide:

1. Name and contact information
2. Product model or description
3. Firearm serial number, if applicable
4. Proof of original purchase from an authorized dealer
5. Detailed description of the reported defect
6. Photographs or supporting documentation, if requested

All warranty returns must receive prior authorization from ABC Rifle Co.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be issued and must accompany the return when required.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

12. Return Shipping & Packaging

Customers are responsible for applicable shipping and transportation expenses unless otherwise agreed to by ABC Rifle Co. or required by applicable law.

Products returned for warranty evaluation must be securely packaged in a sturdy, unmarked shipping container suitable for protecting the contents during transit.

Customers should use an authorized carrier and a trackable shipping method.

Before returning a firearm, customers must:

• Ensure the firearm is completely unloaded
• Remove all ammunition
• Remove all aftermarket accessories, including optics, lights, lasers, slings, and other attachments, unless otherwise instructed
• Securely package the firearm to prevent damage during transportation
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws and carrier requirements
• Include the assigned RMA number and requested documentation

13. Accessories Included With Warranty Returns

Customers are responsible for removing all accessories and attachments not specifically requested by ABC Rifle Co. before returning a firearm for warranty evaluation.

ABC Rifle Co. assumes no responsibility for accessories, attachments, or other personal property included with a returned firearm without prior authorization, including items that are lost, damaged, misplaced, or not returned.

This includes, but is not limited to, optics, lights, lasers, slings, aftermarket grips, magazines, cases, and other accessories.

Customers should return only the firearm or components specifically identified in their warranty authorization.

This disclaimer applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Return Shipping After Warranty Service

Upon completion of an approved warranty repair or replacement, ABC Rifle Co. will provide return shipping instructions.

Return shipping charges may apply unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

ABC Rifle Co. may select an appropriate shipping method consistent with applicable firearm transportation laws and carrier requirements.

15. Unclaimed Firearms & Components

Customers are responsible for responding to warranty service communications, providing requested information, paying authorized charges when applicable, and arranging for the return or lawful transfer of their property.

ABC Rifle Co. is not responsible for firearms, components, or accessories that remain unclaimed due to a customer's failure to respond, provide required information, or arrange for return after reasonable notification, except as required by applicable law.

Unclaimed firearms and components will be handled in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including any required notice, storage, transfer, or disposition procedures.

ABC Rifle Co. reserves the right to assess reasonable storage or administrative charges where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.

Nothing in this section authorizes the unlawful disposal, sale, transfer, or retention of customer property.

16. Third-Party Products

Products manufactured by third parties and sold or distributed by ABC Rifle Co. may be subject to the original manufacturer's warranty rather than this policy.

ABC Rifle Co. may assist customers in identifying the appropriate manufacturer or warranty service provider.

17. Warranty Transferability

This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Proof of original purchase may be required to establish warranty eligibility.

18. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ABC Rifle Co. shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, malfunction, or failure of a product.

Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the applicable express warranty to the extent permitted by law.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, these limitations may not apply to every purchaser.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights. Customers may also have additional rights that vary from state to state.
