In MOST states you must be at least 21 yrs. old to purchase an AR Pistol /handgun/Lower receiver and 18 yrs. old to purchase a rifle w/ 16” Barrel
Check with your local gun dealer to find out if what you intend to purchase is legal in your state.
Restocking/Cancellation requests are subject to the following fees:
Firearms and Assembled Lower Receivers: $100
Stripped Lower Receivers and Non-Firearm Orders: $25, where applicable.

1. Custom Orders & Processing Times
Firearms, upper/lower assemblies are built to order. Custom-coated components may require up to five days to dry and cure before assembly, testing, and shipment.
- Please Allow up to 10–15 business days for firearm orders to ship.
- Business days are Monday through Thursday.
- Processing times are estimates and may vary.
- Tracking information does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the package. Allow 5–7 business days for tracking updates after notification.
We will contact you if additional information is required to process your order.
2. Order Verification & Payment
Billing Information Verification and Order Cancellation
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, the name and billing information associated with the credit or debit card used to place an order must match the identity of the individual receiving the ordered merchandise, including firearms, upper receivers, lower receivers, firearm parts, accessories, and other products.
Orders with billing information that does not match the intended recipient may be flagged for verification, delayed, or canceled at ABC Rifle Company's discretion. If an order is canceled due to a billing or recipient identity mismatch, applicable cancellation, processing, or other fees may be charged to the extent permitted by applicable law and the payment provider's rules.
ABC Rifle Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing or shipping an order. Orders that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be canceled subject to applicable cancellation terms.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, company checks, and debit cards. We do not accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, or other person-to-person payment applications.
Billing information must match the information on file with your payment provider. The payment cardholder must be the purchaser identified on the order and invoice.
3. Firearm Purchases & FFL Transfers
All firearm and regulated receiver orders must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Firearms and regulated receivers are shipped to an appropriately licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, not directly to your residence.
- Contact your chosen FFL dealer before ordering to confirm that it accepts the transfer.
- Your dealer must provide a valid FFL copy with your name and order number before the order can be processed.
- If your dealer is not listed at checkout, select the applicable bypass option and enter the dealer's name and address in the order comments section located directly below the credit card section at checkout.
- Customer is responsible for confirming eligibility, transfer requirements, and applicable state and local restrictions as well as FFL correct address and contact information.
The FFL dealer independently handles the transfer and required background checks. ABC Rifle Company cannot guarantee that a transfer will be approved.
Age requirements: Federal & State law generally establishes minimum age for firearm purchases from licensed dealers, with requirements varying by firearm type and transaction. State laws and exceptions may also apply. Customers are responsible for meeting all applicable legal requirements.

Purchases made on behalf of another person in violation of applicable law are prohibited.
4. Firearm Inspection & Delivery
Inspect your firearm or receiver carefully at your FFL dealer before accepting the transfer.
If you identify a suspected defect, do not accept or take possession of the firearm. Notify ABC Rifle Company promptly so we can review the issue and provide instructions.
Allow at least 24 hours after carrier-confirmed delivery for your dealer to process the shipment before contacting us about pickup.
Customers must inspect delivered products against the invoice and packing slip. Report shortages within three days of receipt. Transit loss or damage claims must be submitted to the carrier where applicable.
Package insurance may be available at additional cost if requested before placing your order. ABC Rifle Company is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage except as required by applicable law.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States only. Orders must have valid U.S. billing and shipping addresses.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that their selected FFL dealer can receive the order. Additional costs may apply if a shipment must be returned or redirected.
6. Order Cancellations & Fees
Cancellation requests are subject to the following fees:
- Firearms and assembled lower receivers: $100.
- Stripped lower receivers and non-firearm orders: $25, where applicable.
- Additional 3% payment-processing & or shipping charges may apply...
Orders already in transit or delivered to an FFL dealer may incur return shipping, transfer, restocking, and processing costs. Any refund will be calculated after applicable permitted deductions.
Orders involving prohibited purchases, legal restrictions, failed transfers, or an FFL dealer's refusal to accept delivery may be canceled or returned. Customers are responsible for costs attributable to their ineligibility, failure to comply with transfer requirements, or failure to arrange an acceptable transfer, subject to applicable law.
For firearm orders returned before transfer to the customer, refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Processing generally takes 7–10 business days.
7. Returns & Refunds
Firearms and Regulated Products
All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to the customer. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted after transfer.
Defective firearms are handled through the applicable warranty process rather than a standard refund or exchange.
Non-Firearm Products
At ABC Rifle Company's discretion, eligible non-firearm products may be considered for return within five days of receipt. Restocking fee of $25 and any shipping fees may apply.
- Defective ABC Rifle Company Branded products may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund after review.
- Returns for incorrect selection, a change of mind, or similar reasons may incur a $25 restocking fee and applicable disclosed processing fees.
- Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility unless otherwise approved by ABC Rifle Company.
- Prior written return authorization is required. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Returned products must include all components and original packaging and must not show damage beyond what is permitted for inspection.
- 30 Day Functional guarantee - will cover any defect in materials or workmanship (performed by ABC Rifle Company) encountered during normal use.Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping fees if applicable.
What is Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear / rust or corrosion
Blemishes, scratches, and or discoloration in finish
Damage due to Improper Installation, maintenance and or negligence to provide proper care and maintenance.
Barrel obstructions, Bolts, Extractors, Firing Pins, Springs, Detents, Stripped threads or screws.
Damage due to improper installation of parts, sights, accessories etc. and or removal of originally manufactured parts.
Shipping Fees, Personal injury, property damage
Any claims past 30 days are subject to warranty claim denial and any repairs agreed to be made are subject to a charge.
No refunds are offered for custom coated parts, upper or lower build assemblies, magazines, optics, or scopes.
There are no implied warranties on third party branded products
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less applicable lawful and disclosed fees. Fees charged by third parties, including Shipping, Admin, FFL transfer and background-check fees, may not be refundable.
8. Firearm Limited Warranty
ABC Rifle Company function-tests lower receivers and test-fires firearms before shipment.
This limited repair warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and covers functional defects in materials or workmanship attributable to ABC Rifle Company under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
At its discretion, ABC Rifle Company may repair or replace a product covered by this warranty. This warranty does not guarantee a refund or replacement in every case.
What Is NOT Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Shipping Fees: Shipping and transportation costs.
- Personal Injury or Property Damage: Personal injury, property damage, or related losses.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Rust, corrosion, or normal wear.
- Cosmetic Issues: Blemishes, scratches, or finish discoloration.
- Issues resulting from unauthorized Mods to the Fire Control Group, Safety, Barrel or Buffer System
- Improper Installation or Maintenance: Damage caused by improper installations, inadequate maintenance, negligence, or failure to provide proper care.
- Excluded Components: Barrel obstructions, bolts, extractors, firing pins, springs, detents, stripped threads, or screws.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Damage caused by improper installation of parts, sights, or accessories, or removal of originally installed components.
- Ammunition-Related Damage: Damage resulting from faulty, nonstandard, remanufactured, reloaded, or imported steel-cased ammunition.
Any Unauthorized modifications or use of unauthorized components may void warranty coverage.
No Accuracy Guarantee
ABC Rifle Company makes no express or implied guarantee of accuracy. Accuracy may vary depending on ammunition, maintenance, environmental conditions, and other factors.
Warranty Claim Deadline
Claims submitted more than 30 days after the issue arises may be denied. Repairs not covered under this warranty may be subject to additional charges.
Warranty Claims & Returns
Contact warranty@abcrifle.com for authorization and instructions before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Remove all accessories before returning a firearm and use secure packaging with a trackable shipping method.
If a model or replacement part is unavailable, ABC Rifle Company may use a suitable substitute where appropriate.
9. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Images are for illustration and identification purposes and may show optional components not included with the product.
Product details, images, and prices may be corrected or updated. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by material listing or pricing errors, subject to applicable law.
10. Firearm Safety & Responsible Use
Always follow applicable firearm safety practices, manufacturer instructions, and all federal, state, and local laws governing firearm purchase, possession, use, transportation, and storage.
Improper installation, modification, or use may cause serious injury, death, or property damage. ABC Rifle Company is not responsible for losses caused by misuse or unlawful use, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Restricted Firearms & NFA Compliance
Firearms with barrels shorter than 16 inches and other products regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) may be subject to additional federal, state, and local requirements.
Customers are responsible for confirming legality and obtaining all required approvals before purchasing, possessing, or using restricted products. Do not assume that a product is legal in your jurisdiction merely because it is listed on our website.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABC Rifle Company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use, installation, modification, or inability to use a product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABC Rifle Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
15. Trademarks & Third-Party Brands
Third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this website is for product identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
16. Export Restrictions
Products and technical information may be subject to U.S. export-control laws and regulations. Export or transfer may require government authorization. Customers may not export, re-export, or transfer controlled products or technical data in violation of applicable law.
17. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are legally eligible to purchase the selected products.
ABC Rifle Company may request additional information to verify an order or comply with legal requirements. Orders may be delayed or canceled where verification fails or legal restrictions apply.
18. Changes to These Terms
ABC Rifle Company may update these Terms as needed. The version published on this website at the time of your order will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
