Description

Built for compact .40 S&W AR configurations, this upper assembly pairs a 7075-T6 milspec forged aluminum upper receiver with a 6061-T6 aluminum 7” D-Cut MLOK handguard, providing a lightweight and streamlined platform with ample space for accessories. At its core is an 8” 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium .40 S&W barrel featuring a 1:10 twist rate and direct-blowback operation. The barrel is finished with a 5/8x24 7075 aluminum flash can designed to direct muzzle blast forward and away from the shooter. Compatibility with both Colt- and Glock-style lower configurations provides flexibility when selecting a platform, while the steel barrel nut creates a solid mounting interface for the handguard. Familiar milspec components—including a stamped steel ejection port cover, forward assist, and forged 6061-T6 aluminum charging handle—complete the traditional AR-style layout. The result is a compact and versatile .40 S&W upper assembly built around a rugged combination of forged aluminum and steel components.
