Order Change or Cancellation

Firearms are built to order. Firearm orders can’t be modified or cancelled even if they are not shipped.

Changing your FFL dealer may not be possible and will subject to $50 processing fee if change is granted. Please check your local jurisdictions for restriction on acquisitions of firearms and consult with FFL dealers making sure they will do transfer for you before confirming your order.

 

Non-FFL item can be cancelled only before the shipping label is created. Cancellation will be subjected to $50 cancellation fee. Please email the request of cancellation to Sales@ABCrifle.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Refund on cancellation may take up to 5 business days to process. $50 will deduct from your original payment card. You shall receive an email when refund is issued.

Product Returns

1)      Returning Non-FFL items

Returns will be accepted for merchandise that is defective. Please contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA). We will send you a return shipping label. We will provide a refund, exchange on defective items. Products returned without previously obtaining an RMA won’t be accepted and will be returned at sender’s own expense.

2)      Returning a firearm

Once a firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used. Return will be accepted only for un fired or unused firearms. 20% restocking fee will be applied. FFL transfer fee won’t be reimbursed. Upon discovering any product issue, please report to us via Sales@ABCrifle.com
